Admin Discharges

Attorney Mike Coco had defended many military members in administrative discharge actions in both board cases and notification cases. He has experience in dealing with subject matters from patterns of misconduct to weight management, mental and physical health issues to homosexual conduct cases, and lack of job proficiency. Mike has represented members from E-1 to O-5 facing discharge actions. When a command takes action to prematurely discharge members, those members have a right to retain a civilian counsel to assist in their case.
